It seems some known issue with latest Chrome Browser.

WORKAROUND:

  • Use Firefox!
  • Use Opera
  • Use Internet Explorer
  • Go to the Chrome  default download folder,

    "Windows XP: \Documents and Settings\"username"\My Documents\Downloads"
    "Windows Vista/ Windows 7/ Windows 8: \Users\"username"\Downloads"

    PickMeApp executable is there ,even if chrome complained about it.
    It is called something  like Unconfirmed 502347.crdownload
    Rename it to PickMeApp.exe
    Run it to install PickMeApp on any removable storage.
