For better comparability we recommend to switch off UAC  before applying  the workaround .
You may enable UAC after finishing deployment.

Microsoft Office 2007 has a separate set of components for each of the office applications. For Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate the following components will be found by PickMeApp:

  • Microsoft Office OneNote MUI (English)
  • 2007 Microsoft Office Groove Setup Metadata MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office InfoPath MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Access MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Shared Setup Metadata MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Excel MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Access Setup Metadata MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office PowerPoint MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Publisher MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Outlook MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Groove MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Word MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Proofing (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Shared MUI (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Proof (English) 2007
  • Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007

From the list the following components should always be transferred:

• Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007
• Microsoft Office Shared MUI (English) 2007

In addition a component should be transferred for each application you plan to use.

For example, to transfer Microsoft Excel you need to transfer the following components:

• Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007
• Microsoft Office Shared MUI (English) 2007
• Microsoft Office Excel MUI (English) 2007

----------------------------

PickMeApp does not transfers following registry keys :

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Registration\{Application Code} key.

Application code is different for different versions of the Microsoft Office applications, but it can be easily located using value of the

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Registration\{Application Code}\ProductName variable.

For example:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Registration\{91120000-002E-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}

It seems that these registry keys are necessary for the application to run normally.

You can attempt to transfer them manually if you have enough knowledge how to do it.
