I put Lotus on my usb module and when I tried to load it onto my other computer nothing happened. Another problem is that I registered from my computer not the USB module and I cannot get help from using the USB program.

I have managed to make Lotus work after transferring it from an XP laptop to win7 (32)laptop.
For the installation I have used Pickmeapp like described by the tutorials.
When I have tried to run it however after the start up screen it just died.
So I have disabled the User Account Control, and copied from XP to Win 7 (32) pc:
c:\program files\lotus\notes\data (the whole folder)
c:\program files\lotus\notes\notes.ini
and voila.
Apparently it could work as well on Win7 64 too. I was not able to test this.

Please check list of unsupported programs
Eventually, Lotus Notes is listed among those 20% of unlucky programs.
You can download and install PickMeApp on your USB memory stick anew.
