During install Norton has found a "Suspicious Cloud 2" virus in installmanager.exe. The download was from your site of course. What to do?

The InstallManager.exe file comes from our partner InstallMonetizer.
We have contacted them asking for a clarification.
As we know all InstallMonetizer software was tested by the best known anti viruses.
so we assume it is a false positive alarm.
