I get the Fatal Error: Invalid configuration path\ File name:

What can I do to install this?

Please provide more information
1. Info about software : Name, Publisher, Version, language
2. Info about operating system, original and destination OS including SP

It seems the problem is specific to that particular program.
if more info is availble we may find a workaround for the problem

The error says:
FATAL ERROR: Invalid Configuration path\filename: C:\Documents and Settings\Jj.moreno\Local Settings\Application\Autodesk\AutoCAD2004\R16.0\enu\

The software is AutoCAD 2004
Going from Windows XP professional sp3 to Windows XP professional Sp3

Any help would be appreciated.
