I downloaded the PickMeApp 0.5.10.1 and have not been able to capture any of the programs. I keep getting this error. Windows XP professional. Miscroft Visual C++ Runtime Library R6002 floating point support not located. I even downloaded a newer version but I just get a box with the X. I would appreciate any help, as I have been trying to use your product for almost 2 months now. Thanking you in advance.

Please let us know which windows version do you use?
Also try to follow the answer from Microsoft
They recommend to download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
