I tried to capture Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 with PickMeApp and it failed as soon as it began. I noticed that I had two processes related to Adobe running even though the program wasn't open so I killed them and I turned off my virus scanner . I restarted the capture and it is now capturing as I type this.

After installing pickmeapp, On the left, there is the tab for non-qualified softwares... Softwares there cannot be captured... I was wondering if Core Draw X3 could be captured or not as that seems to be the very reason, Why I downloaded pickmeapp?

It seems you are trying to use "Save As Exe feature" which has several limitations.
Try to use the PickMeApp itself to deploy captured application.
See "DEPLOYING A CAPTURED APPLICATION" chapter in the user manual.
