pickmeapp light 1.3.0.0 program waiting initialize and wont start on windows xp. Please help me

PickMeApp Light starts 20 times faster, thanks to improvements and removing unused features.

PickMeApp Light enables the capturing buttons as soon as it finishes searching installed applications.
It sometimes can take up to 10 min , dependably on number of installed applications
( you can see it by two messages “Done” that appeared in the Session log)
on old PC running XP it can be even longer.
we are working to improve the startup time
